Sculptural Face Lifting
The natural alternative to injectables. No needles. Nothing permanent. Just you.
A deep, hands-on facial sculpting treatment that releases the muscles of the face, lifts and redefines your features, and leaves you looking rested rather than altered. The effect builds over days and holds for weeks.
There are more than forty muscles in your face, and almost all of them are working right now.
They hold your expressions. They hold your concentration. They hold the phone call you were dreading, the four hours at a screen, the clenched jaw you take to bed and wake up with. Over years, that habitual tension shortens the muscles, pulls the face downward and inward, and settles into the lines and heaviness you notice in a photograph and don't recognise.
Sculptural face lifting works on exactly that. It is a deep, precise, hands-on technique that works through the layers of the face — skin, fascia, muscle — releasing what has been gripping, lifting what has dropped, and re-establishing the natural architecture of your own features
Nothing is added and nothing is frozen.
What lifts is you.
THE "NATURAL BOTOX" EFFECT-WITHOUT THE BOTOX
People call it natural Botox because the visible outcome is a similar one, reached the opposite way. Injectables work by stopping a muscle from contracting. Sculptural lifting works by releasing a muscle that has been contracting for years — so it lets go, lengthens, and stops pulling. The lines soften because the tension underneath them softens. The difference is what that leaves you with: No needles. Nothing injected, nothing introduced, nothing to react to. Nothing permanent. Nothing to grow out of, correct or regret. The effects are yours to keep going with — or not. No downtime. You may be a little pink for an hour and you may feel like you have had a workout you didn't do. That is it. You can go straight out afterwards. Full expression. You still frown. You still laugh properly. Your face still moves like your face, because nothing has been switched off. A result that builds. Rather than appearing at day ten and wearing off, sculptural lifting settles over two or three days as the tissue relaxes and fluid clears, and holds for several weeks. With a short course, it holds for longer each time. Sculptural lifting is a manual therapy, not a medical procedure, and it is not a replacement for injectables or surgery. It is what a lot of people are actually looking for when they consider them.
AND IF YOU NEVER LOOK IN THE MIRROR AT ALL
The appearance is only half of the treatment. Some clients book this and barely mention how they look. Your face is where you hold things. The jaw that never quite unclenches. The temples after a long week. The brow that has been braced since Monday. The tightness around the eyes at the end of a screen-heavy day. That tension does not stay in the face either — it runs into the scalp, the neck and the shoulders, and it is remarkably good at keeping you wound up without ever announcing itself. Releasing it feels extraordinary. Clients regularly describe the jaw finally letting go, the head feeling lighter, the whole face feeling as though it has come down off a shelf. Many say they sleep unusually well that night. Sculptural lifting is worth booking for that alone — for anyone who grinds, clenches, concentrates hard, works at a screen, or carries stress somewhere above the collarbone. The lift is a very welcome side effect. If you experience persistent jaw pain, headaches or dental problems, please see your dentist or GP — this is a relaxation and wellbeing treatment, not a treatment for a medical condition.
FOR THE RUN-UP TO A WEDDING
This is the treatment for the weeks before a big day — yours, or one you are standing up at. It suits the moment for one reason above all: there is no risk of looking like you have had something done. No bruising, no swelling to time around, no waiting to see how it settles, no possibility of arriving frozen. You look like the best version of your own face, photographed from every angle by people you love.
How to time it:
Three to six months out — start a course. This is where you get the most, because each session builds on the last.
Six weeks out — the sweet spot to begin if you are starting later. Three sessions, roughly a fortnight apart.
The final week — one last session, three to five days before. Long enough to settle completely, close enough to hold right through the day.
The morning of — no. Give yourself a few days. Bridal parties, mothers of the bride and grooms are all very welcome, and I can group appointments together on the same day where I have the space.
You want a lifted, more defined, more rested face without needles or anything permanent.
You are considering injectables and would rather try the natural route first — or you have had them and want something that supports your face rather than freezing it.
You have a wedding, a birthday, a milestone or a camera in your near future.
You clench, grind, concentrate hard, or carry your stress in your jaw, brow and temples.
You simply want ninety minutes that does something for how you look and how you feel.
Not suitable if you have had recent facial surgery without your surgeon's clearance, an active skin infection or inflammatory skin condition in the treatment area, or recent injectables within the last two weeks — please tell me when you book and we will time it properly. If you are pregnant or under medical care, let me know and I will advise.

Immediately after the first session, and more so once it settles over the following couple of days. Contour and definition build across a course.
-
Typically several weeks from a single treatment, with the result at its best from around day two or three. A course holds significantly longer, because each session releases a little more of the underlying tension rather than starting over.

It is firm, and there are moments — usually in the jaw — where you will feel the release. Most clients describe it as a very satisfying kind of intense. Say the word and I will ease off at any point.
-
None. Some flushing for up to an hour. You can go straight to dinner.

Usually yes, with the right timing — generally at least two weeks after injectables, and longer after filler. Tell me exactly what you have had and when, and I will work around it.
-
Every two weeks during a course, then every four to six weeks to maintain. Before an event, work backwards from the date and finish three to five days before.
